Wilfredo Sanchez

My name is Wilfredo Sanchez Sanchez and I am the Expedition Project Manager for Eagle Condor!  I was born in the city of Huaraz, Peru.  Currently I live in Poroy, close to Cusco. I have two daughters, a son and a beautiful wife.  In June 2013, thanks to the will of God Eagle Condor, was put on my path. From that moment I started the adventure of helping Eagle Condor do all the projects. We have helped so many people, giving them smiles and changing their lives. I love the people who come to help from the US. I have been able to win their friendships and appreciate all the achievements we have been able to achieve together.  There are so many things I love about my work like meeting new people from the USA, working shoulder to shoulder, going to new places figuring out how to solve different types of needs, learning new cultures and customs, doing projects to improve communities.
Recently we brought water to the community of Ocutuan. EVERYONE in the entire village, from the elderly widows to the little children, helped alongside Eagle Condor guests. I love working with and getting to know the people in Eagle Condor. I love them very much and they are family. They have changed my life for material and spiritual good so I can fulfill my duties as a father and son.

Jorge Sosa

My name is Jorge Luis Sosa Ramirez and I'm a Self-Reliant Trainer with Eagle Condor! Currently I live in Piura, Peru with my wife and two daughters, I like to read, I like ceviche and I love traveling.  Seven years ago I saw an advertisement from an organization needing a facilitator for issues of self-sufficiency, so I applied for this job and after three evaluations and a whole day of interviews I was elected! From that date, I have worked with Eagle Condor, an organization whose mission is to alleviate poverty and strengthen people's abilities so they can achieve economic self-sufficiency.  I feel very grateful and blessed to belong to this organization. I like this work because it allows me to help other people and become a means for their personal progress as well as for the development of communities. I enjoy meeting authorities who are interested in the development of their towns and the many people who have talents, skills and desires to excel. Over the years I have seen many success stories of people who have changed their lives thanks to their effort and the program we share.
