Kelly Ercanbrack
Bio
I grew up in Payson Utah, and served a 2 year mission for my church in the Canary Islands of Spain. Upon returning I graduated with a degree in Psychology and read a drug and alcohol treatment program. We had a friend who helped us by our first house and thought I would do well in real estate. Now 27 years later, Real Estate has been a fantastic career for me, and allowed me to be a part of peoples lives in such a way, that I am able to make a difference for good. I’ve been involved in two brokerages as broker, The first a Coldwell Banker franchise where we averaged between 70 and 80 agents and routinely were in the top 10% of brokerages in the United States and the number one in Utah. In 2015 I started Unite Real Estate with a friend and it has been a spectacular experience.
My wife and I have four children and five grandchildren, which are without question, the sweetest nectar of our lives. In addition to my family and business, my passion is long distance backpacking and most recently completed hiked 500 miles across Norther Spain on the Camino De Santiago. I serve on the board of directs for a non-profit called Eagle Condor, and have loved every moment of it. We work in conjunction with communities in South America that can’t afford to build schools for their children, and educate adults on how to run a small businesses, providing income to feed their families.
I grew up in Payson, Utah, graduated from high school and served an LDS mission in the Canary Islands of Spain. Upon returning, I began school at UVU where I met the love of my life at an institute of religion activity. I served in leadership at the Institute of Religion which is where I met Jan Felix. After a two year degree, I transferred to BYU and got a degree in psychology, and knowing I did not want to be a therapist, but being too late in process not to finish my degree, I worked for Utah County and ran a drug and alcohol treatment program at the Utah County Jail. I was there a number of years and was recruited to be a deputy for the sheriffs department. I worked at the sheriffs office for a number of years , until we had two kids and we realized that we could not provide for ourselves on just one income, and my wife as a teacher felt she should come home with our little ones. We had a friend who helped us by our first house and thought I would do well in real estate. Now 25 years later, Real Estate has been a fantastic career for me, and allowed me to be a part of peoples lives in such a way, that I was able to make a difference for good. I’ve been involved in two brokerages as the broker, The first a Coldwell Banker franchise where we averaged between 70 and 80 agents and routinely were in the top 10% of brokerages in the United States and the number one office for my company here in Utah. In 2015 I started Unite Real Estate with a friend and it has been a spectacular experience. My wife and I have four children now and four great grandchildren, which are without question, the sweet nectar of our lives. In addition to my family and business, my passion is long distance backpacking with the most recent adventure of 500 miles on the Camino De Santiago in November. I love travel and service, and like peanut butter and chocolate when mixed, together are perfection. I’ve had the opportunity to go to Peru twice with Eagle Condor, and have absolutely loved every moment, of it including the time when the airlines lost our luggage for a week and a half. It’s always an adventure and an enriching experience to see the good that is done through the program.

Wilfredo Sanchez
Bio
My name is Wilfredo Sanchez Sanchez and I am the Expedition Project Manager for Eagle Condor! I was born in the city of Huaraz, Peru. Currently I live in Poroy, close to Cusco. I have two daughters, a son and a beautiful wife. In June 2013, thanks to the will of God Eagle Condor, was put on my path. From that moment I started the adventure of helping Eagle Condor do all the projects. We have helped so many people, giving them smiles and changing their lives. I love the people who come to help from the US. I have been able to win their friendships and appreciate all the achievements we have been able to achieve together. There are so many things I love about my work like meeting new people from the USA, working shoulder to shoulder, going to new places figuring out how to solve different types of needs, learning new cultures and customs, doing projects to improve communities.
Recently we brought water to the community of Ocutuan. EVERYONE in the entire village, from the elderly widows to the little children, helped alongside Eagle Condor guests. I love working with and getting to know the people in Eagle Condor. I love them very much and they are family. They have changed my life for material and spiritual good so I can fulfill my duties as a father and son.

From that date, I have worked with Eagle Condor, an organization whose mission is to alleviate poverty and strengthen people's abilities so they can achieve economic self-sufficiency. I feel very grateful and blessed to belong to this organization. I like this work because it allows me to help other people and become a means for their personal progress as well as for the development of communities. I enjoy meeting authorities who are interested in the development of their towns and the many people who have talents, skills and desires to excel. Over the years I have seen many success stories of people who have changed their lives thanks to their effort and the program we share.
